• What are the pool and amenity hours?

  Posted hours are displayed at each amenity and summarized on our Resident Info page. The pool is heated during the cooler months. For the current schedule or any seasonal changes, check Resident Info or contact GUD Community Management.

• Where do guests park?

  Residents use assigned covered carports, and guests use the unassigned visitor spaces. Please see the Gate & Guest Parking section on Resident Info for the location of guest spaces and any registration rules.

• When is trash and recycling collected?

  Collection follows the official city schedule for our address. We link directly to that schedule on the Resident Info page so it's always accurate and up to date.

• Who handles dues, requests, and official records?

  All official association business — dues, rule enforcement, architectural requests, and records — is handled by GUD Community Management. You can reach them by phone or email and sign in to the resident portal. Their contact details are on Resident Info and in the footer of every page.

• What's the difference between GUD and the Tatum Ranch master association?

  Terra Vista is its own condominium association, managed day-to-day by GUD Community Management. It also sits within the larger Tatum Ranch master-planned community, which is managed separately by FirstService Residential. Most resident questions are handled by GUD.
